Situated in the thriving area of Brooklands, Sale – is our Goodwood Property. This was our largest project to date transforming a two bedroom out dated bungalow into a fully accessible 6 bedroomed property.
The original property built around 1950-1966, was a two bedroomed detached bungalow, located in the popular area of Brooklands. It comprised of an entrance porch, lounge, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Externally there were good sized gardens to the front and rear with a driveway leading to a integral garage. From an out dated bungalow, the aim was to create a modern, fully wheelchair accessible home using the latest accessibility components and features, alongside making it the most efficient home in the area through use of solar PV. Following the approved drawings & planning stage the project set out by removing all surplus elements. This consisted of a complete tear down and removal of the roof, garage and surplus brick walls, leaving only the relevant structures to tie into the modern block work and steels.

The results speak for themselves, with neighbouring properties now trying to replicate the finish on the property.
Now 14 years on, the property has developed and evolved suiting the inhabitants, but is still a marvel on Goodwood Avenue.
