The company was created at the beginning of 2024, as an extension to the construction side of the business, Demcor Limited. Through decades of construction work on various levels, founder Dennis McLaughlin set about to bring the knowledge and expertise honed during this time to his own portfolio of private & holiday let properties, and thus was born Demcor Property.
