Situated in the heart of the Lake District is our property, Keekle Terrace. This was our utmost trophy project, refurbishing a seriously out dated derelict four bedroom property into a show stopping rental property.
Keekle Terrace is a small, semi-rural residential area located between Cleator Moor and Whitehaven in Cumbria. Originally built to house local coal miners during the build of the Keekle Viaduct, it is closely tied to the area’s heavy industrial boom.
Following the purchase, we immediately set about transforming this property. With the end goal in mind – this was a 12 month project ensuring that every detail was correct and that we met planning requirements – whilst maintaining the building historical charm.

The results speak for themselves, with neighbouring properties now trying to replicate the finish on the property. So far the property has been a huge success story, with bookings throughout the year.
